The Senior Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for identifying customer needs through ongoing communication with stakeholders. This includes overseeing customer experience projects, developing materials, and implementing initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating customer experience policies and strategies, consumer behavior studies, and feedback/review tools. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess knowledge of project management methods.
This role requires a willingness to travel up to 30% of the time and advanced proficiency in English. Advanced Spanish skills are desirable.
- Manage customer experience projects with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and/or third-party companies.
- Develop written and visual materials related to customer experience initiatives.
- Implement customer experience initiatives throughout the organization.
- Allocate time to serve as the customer experience specialist within the organization.
