Sr Customer Experience Analyst

Your role
  • Constant contact with stakeholders such as Conti employees, Business managers, BU USA, other markets, and customers to identify specific CX needs.
  • Manage CX projects with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and/or third-party companies. Ensure projects are well established and follow a feasible business plan.
  • Develop written and visual materials related to CX initiatives.
  • Disseminate CX initiatives throughout our dealership and/or internal parties.
  • Allocate time to serve as the CX specialist within our organization. Provide specific face-to-face training sessions to the dealership when needed. Be available to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Manage CX KPIs, ensuring projects and initiatives have proper measurement methods before and after implementation.
Your profile
  • Experience in creating CX policies and strategies.
  • Experience in consumer behavior studies and feedback/review tools.
  • Experience in the automotive segment: car dealerships, tire dealerships, auto service shops.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with LMS, eLearning, and Learning platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Advanced Spanish skills are desirable.
  • Knowledge of project management methods.
