Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer experience needs, ensuring seamless interaction between employees, business managers, and customers.
  • Lead the implementation of CX projects in partnership with internal teams, suppliers, and external companies, guaranteeing successful execution of business strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive materials related to CX initiatives and disseminate them throughout the organization, enhancing knowledge sharing and employee engagement.
  • Monitor CX metrics, establishing precise measurement methods prior to and post-implementation.
Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Expertise in crafting CX policies and strategies, consumer behavior analysis, and feedback/review tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning platforms, and other digital learning platforms.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; advanced Spanish skills are beneficial.
  • Project management expertise is a valuable asset.
