Job Title: Tax Planning Manager

This role focuses on overseeing and implementing tax-efficient strategies to support business growth and financial objectives.

  • Tax Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement tax-efficient strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Finance and Legal, to ensure seamless integration of tax planning with overall corporate strategy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to global and local tax regulations, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.
  • Tax Advisory Services: Provide tax advice on corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and investments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Taxation
  • 5+ Years of Tax Experience in Corporate or Consulting Environment
  • Strong Knowledge of International and Domestic Tax Laws
  • Excellent Project Management, Analytical, and Communication Skills
