We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill an XTS Design position.
About the Position- Lead cost-reduction initiatives using lean and continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to develop and support products within the Technology group.
- Promote effective communication across various stakeholders, manufacturing, and engineering disciplines.
- Collaborate with a global engineering community.
- Communicate effectively with teams in both English languages.
- Develop project deliverables, such as manufacturing drawings, 3D Models, schematics, procedures, reports, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or other Engineering fields is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Experience with Subsea Project/Product Engineer background, emphasizing pre-salt and deepwater Christmas Tree systems.
- Christmas Tree engineering background is required for subsea equipment, including knowledge of Vertical and Horizontal Christmas Tree, Tubing Head Spool, Tubing Hanger, Christmas Tree Tooling sets.
- Maintenance and Cost-driven mindset.
- Proactiveness and engagement to cover daily tasks.
- Skilled in Engineering Database setup and configuration;
- Skilled in Engineering-based software's.
