Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans, including annual operating budgets and monthly forecast updates, focusing on key performance indicators such as traffic, monetization, revenue, expenses, and headcount.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including profit and loss statements, revenue dashboards, and other critical deliverables to senior executives.
  • Analyze variances between actual results and planned outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and developing roadmaps for corrective action.
  • Oversee key financial and operational planning processes, including regular finance reviews and quarterly business metrics analysis.
  • Manage data retrieval, input, and maintenance for multiple finance files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and develop methodologies for analyzing key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Effectively communicate complex analyses to senior management, distilling findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Lead investment opportunity allocation, building financial models to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, including reporting, financial analysis, or related fields, with a CPA or CFA designation.
  • Prior experience in SAAS businesses is a plus.
  • Proven ability to provide high-level support to senior management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and understanding of business financial structures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to set and deliver on expectations.
  • Experience managing meetings and interfacing with executive management teams.
  • Media, e-commerce, or cryptocurrency experience is a plus.
  • Competency in building financial models to drive ROI-driven decision making.
  • Expertise in asset allocation and decision making.
