Portuguese Marketing Lead

This role oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products and services in the Portuguese-speaking market.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the Portuguese-speaking market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance-based advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on ad campaign performance, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors to secure cost-effective ad placements.
  • Create, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer engagement sequences.
  • Segment and maintain email lists to ensure targeted messaging and high engagement rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to refine future strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the customer database (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot,) to nurture leads, track customer behavior, and automate communications.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage new partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Track partnership success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Set up and maintain marketing funnels, nurturing campaigns, and customer journeys using automation tools.
  • Continuously test and optimize automated workflows to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Regularly analyze key marketing metrics, including traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Produce reports and dashboards to track campaign performance across channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
