This role oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products and services in the Portuguese-speaking market.
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the Portuguese-speaking market.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute performance-based advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analyze and report on ad campaign performance, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors to secure cost-effective ad placements.
- Create, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer engagement sequences.
- Segment and maintain email lists to ensure targeted messaging and high engagement rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to refine future strategies.
- Manage and optimize the customer database (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot,) to nurture leads, track customer behavior, and automate communications.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage new partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Develop joint marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Track partnership success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
- Set up and maintain marketing funnels, nurturing campaigns, and customer journeys using automation tools.
- Continuously test and optimize automated workflows to maximize efficiency and results.
- Regularly analyze key marketing metrics, including traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Produce reports and dashboards to track campaign performance across channels.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
