Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description

This is a critical role in our operations team where you will be responsible for managing the delivery of products to our customers. You will use planning tools like Blue Yonder and SAP to optimize our supply chain network.

You will convert demand plans into supply plans, utilize master data management to optimize supply plans, identify and resolve lead time issues with key stakeholders, execute material replenishment in SAP MRP module, update delivery plans, manage vendor PO issues, collaborate with logistics, manufacturing, and customer service teams, develop stocking strategies, implement corrective actions when imbalances occur.

  • Optimize supply chain operations by analyzing data from Blue Yonder and SAP
  • Convert demand plans into actionable supply plans
  • Manage master data to optimize supply planning network
  • Resolve lead time issues through collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Execute material replenishment in SAP MRP module
  • Update delivery plans based on feedback
  • Collaborate with logistics, manufacturing, and customer service teams
  • Develop strategic inventory management plans

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain management, or business, minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably inventory management or master planning, high proficiency in common ERP systems especially Blue Yonder ESP and SAP (Materials Management MM, Production Planning PP), proficient in English and Spanish.
