Optimisation and Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team of engineers in the optimisation of Linux systems for IoT and server-class hardware platforms. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing optimal solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in Linux distributions, Debian packaging, and high-performance server-class hardware. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to effectively engage with commercial partners to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of distributed engineers to design and implement optimal solutions for IoT and server-class hardware platforms
  • Engage with commercial partners to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships
  • Develop and coach your team through mentoring, leading by example, and feedback
  • Oversee commercial engagements and ensure timely delivery on project milestones
  • Ensure adherence to strict quality and reliability standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technology field
  • Strong background in software development, with experience in Linux distributions, Debian packaging, and high-performance server-class hardware
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to effectively engage with commercial partners and deliver outstanding results
  • Proven experience in leading teams and developing individuals through coaching and mentoring
