We are seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Manager to drive our marketing efforts and achieve revenue goals.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our team and take on a challenging role where you will oversee all paid advertising efforts to drive marketing qualified leads. You will own the development of lead generation campaign strategy, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices and processes to drive successful customer acquisition.

- Experience with social paid advertising, display, retargeting
- Comprehensive knowledge of lead flow tracking, call tracking software, and report building
- Experience working with sales leaders to strategize efforts and achieve revenue goals
- Ability to build and manage complex lead funnels from campaign channel to CRM
- Ability to manage and oversee lead nurturing strategy for paid campaigns
- Bringing forward new and innovative strategies to improve campaigns
- Manage omni-channel marketing campaigns including strategy, budget, timeline, creative briefs, and deliverables, lead tracking, and reporting
- Ownership of website CX and CRO projects to constantly improve the website experience and performance as it relates to lead generation
- Constantly running new tests & experiments (A/B test, multivariate, user testing, preference testing) internally
- Ownership and operation of landing page creation and testing as related to lead generation strategy (lead with a creative problem-solving mindset)
