We are seeking an accomplished Data Protection and Compliance Manager to spearhead the development of global privacy standards, policies, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliant data protection strategies across regions.
- Provide expert advice on statutory Data Protection Officer tasks and perform risk assessments.
- Collaborate with senior management to create data privacy awareness throughout the organization.
- Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations in the region.
- Extensive knowledge of data protection legislation and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective data protection strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at a senior level.
- Ability to analyze complex data protection risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in using OneTrust or similar compliance platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as IAPP, BCS, or CIPP.
- Additional language proficiency is highly valued.
