Job Title: Business Development Manager

Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Lenovo team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Workstations and Smart Collaboration market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and manage new products.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop sales support materials.
  • Participate in the development of the company's strategic and operational plan.
  • Plan and execute sales development strategies to reach and exceed revenue, volume, and market share targets.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the portfolio.
  • Analyze competitor behavior, market trends, and customer demands.
  • Support the planning and monitoring of the company's quarterly P&L.
  • Establish partnerships with software and hardware companies to complement our product offerings.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline and provide sales support to convert opportunities into products.
  • Plan and lead sales development for Visuals in Brazil.
  • Support supply planning improvement.
  • Act as the country focal point for Visuals business for all segments.
  • Develop mid- and long-term strategies for business growth.
  • Manage Visuals E&O.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the area.
  • Experience in Displays, Monitors, and TVs.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Able to work in a hybrid format (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).
  • Location: São Paulo, SP.
