Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations as outlined in the PCC II Front Office Manual
- Adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards
- Coordinate patient interactions and needs, providing top-notch customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones
