Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced medical environment.

  • Greet patients, respond to phone calls, and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with medical software and computer applications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Greeting and Communication: Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Phone Management: Respond to phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Scheduling and Patient Flow: Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Manage front desk supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements and Qualifications:
