Senior Software Development Project Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead software development projects and personalized technology initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software development and custom technology projects, aligning with business objectives and timelines.
- Manage billing, time tracking, and budget allocation.
- Oversee team management, including performance, communication, and problem-solving.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project workflows and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and resource allocation plans.
- Communicate project updates to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of SDLC project management experience.
- Fluent English (essential).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with JIRA and Notion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
