Senior Software Engineering Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading development teams and driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex software projects;
- Mentor and coach junior engineers to help them grow in their careers;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities;
- Develop and implement technical strategies to improve software quality and efficiency;
- Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems;
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed;
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on leadership roles;
- Proficiency in Python programming language, including versions 2 and 3;
- Experience with Django and Flask frameworks, as well as other modern web development technologies;
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum;
- Familiarity with Linux environments and containerization using Docker;
- Knowledge of APIs, including RESTful APIs and API security best practices;
- Experience with database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
