The role of Regional Compliance Manager plays a vital part in ensuring that our organization adheres to all applicable laws and regulations across Latin America. As the holder of this position, you will be responsible for driving compliance initiatives, managing audit readiness, and providing expert support to ensure that we maintain our high standards of quality and integrity.

In this key role, you will be working closely with various stakeholders across the region to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to mitigate risks. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our operations remain compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing regional quality projects and compliance initiatives
  • Providing inspection readiness support to Established Pharmaceutical Latin America locations
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Audit in Internal and External Audits
  • Monitoring internal audits in all LATAM sites and performing audits/assessments in preparation for audits
  • Assessing the appropriateness and timeliness of proposed CAPAs, and tracking CAPA follow-up to closure

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science related fields such as Pharmacists, Chemist, or Engineer
  • Fluent in both: English and Spanish
  • 5+ years of significant experience in quality related experience in Pharmaceutical industries including audits, CAPA Processes, and Quality Systems
