Job Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the Learning Program for Fulfillment Centers (FCs). As the guardian of quality control, you will be responsible for adopting and creating associate content at the FC network.

  • Develop and implement program strategy, planning cycles, financial entitlement, and structure.
  • Collaborate with peers across Transportation units to ensure scalability and quality control.
  • Lead process integration efforts, Continuous Improvement initiatives, and change management.
  • Perform audits to ensure SOP adoption and eliminate defects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert on operational processes.
  • Work closely with Ops teams to offer support and expertise.
  • Create and own the program's strategy and planning cycles.
  • Benchmark processes with Amazon Standard Work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
