Support Teaching Staff in Campus Indaiatuba

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in our campus in Indaiatuba.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting Head Teachers in the classroom and helping them to deliver high-quality lessons.

Main Responsibilities:

  • School Support Role: Assist Head Teachers during classes and guide students through activities to enrich their learning experience.
  • Classroom Preparation: Assist in preparing, distributing, and collecting class materials.
  • Pedagogical Projects: Help implement the school's pedagogical projects and initiatives.
  • Classroom Organization: Organize the classroom in advance with materials requested by the Head Teacher.
  • Decorations: Take part in the decoration of classrooms, bulletin boards, doors, and other learning spaces.
  • Adaptation for Students with Special Needs: Adapt learning activities for students with special educational needs, ensuring inclusion.
  • Student Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, supervising and guiding them during all activities.
  • Reception and Dismissal of Students: Welcome and dismiss students, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper handover to guardians.
  • Mealtimes: Supervise students during meals, promoting healthy eating habits and routines.
  • Leading the Class: Take the lead in the classroom during the Head Teacher's temporary absence.
  • Documenting Classroom Moments: Capture classroom moments through photos and videos, sharing them with the Head Teacher as scheduled, without interrupting class flow.
  • Professional Development: Participate in academic meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops to continuously enhance professional skills.
  • School Events: Attend school events involving families, representing the school's values and community spirit.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a classroom setting, preferably in Early Childhood Education;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Bilingualism;
  • Experience with Early Childhood Education;
