Job Description

This role supports the integration of Metalplan into a global organization, focusing on financial operations and compliance with corporate principles.

  • Lead initiatives to integrate financial systems during the transition process.
  • Conduct analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Implement internal controls and adopt standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in business activities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Raise concerns regarding non-compliance with corporate principles.
Financial Expertise
  • Analyze the company's financial situation for improvement opportunities.
  • Develop budget planning and forecasts.
  • Establish internal finance processes and standardize activities across departments.
  • Protect and manage company assets.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate principles.
  • Coordinate statutory and accounting closing activities.
  • Understand product cost development and manage cash flow indicators.
  • Develop the finance team through training and leadership.
  • Manage external consultants and ERP upgrades.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the team.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in finance and controlling roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Familiarity with corporate principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Power BI.
  • Advanced English proficiency for leading business meetings.
