Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Solution Train Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the delivery of complex solutions across multiple Value Creation Teams and stakeholders.

The Solution Train Engineer will work closely with the Solution Manager, Solution Architect, and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient, predictable, and value-driven delivery. This includes:

  • Coordinating large solution deliveries across teams and ensuring synchronization
  • Preparing and managing the solution backlog in collaboration with the Solution Manager
  • Planning, conducting, and facilitating key events such as PI Plannings and Release Train Engagements
  • Tracking and monitoring flow status and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess a strong background in product development or project management, preferably in a scaled agile environment. They should also have experience working in complex, cross-functional, and international environments, with a proven track record of leadership and team development.

  • At least 10 years of experience in product development or project management
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including experience leading leaders
  • Deep understanding of managing development based on TRATON One PDP or similar methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Swedish or German proficiency a plus
