Job Title

As a leader and facilitator of the delivery process, you orchestrate collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient, predictable, and value-driven delivery of complex solutions.

This role plays a key part in shaping the future of software-defined vehicles and autonomous solutions. You will be part of a global team of industry experts, working in a dynamic and cross-functional environment driven by innovation and guided by clear priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate solution delivery across teams and secure synchronization
  • Prepare and manage the solution backlog in close collaboration with the Solution Manager
  • Plan, conduct, and facilitate key events such as Product Increment (PI) Plannings
  • Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies within the delivery process
  • Track and monitor flow status and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product development or project management, ideally in a scaled agile environment
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and international environments, preferably in the automotive or mobility sector
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including experience in leading leaders
  • Passion for people & team development combined with excellent leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of managing development based on TRATON One PDP, or similar development methodologies
Desired Skills
  • Understanding of vehicle software development, preferably in a cross-brand or modular environment
  • Confident in navigating complexity and driving clarity in a cross-functional setting
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust and alignment across teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Lean-Agile principles and experience from scaled agile frameworks
