Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Solution Train Engineer. As part of our global team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of software-defined vehicles and autonomous solutions.

You will be responsible for coordinating large solution delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring efficient, predictable, and value-driven delivery of complex solutions.

This includes conducting solution backlog preparation, planning and facilitating key events, identifying and removing impediments, and tracking and monitoring flow status and KPIs.

You will work closely with senior leaders, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery with strategic business and technical goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in product development or project management, ideally in a scaled agile environment.
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and international environments, preferably in the automotive or mobility sector.
  • A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience, including experience in leading leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Swedish or German being a plus.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel.
