Overview

Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry at Nexer Telescope. Sweden needs skilled engineers, with an estimated 30,000 engineers by 2030. We currently have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will help us find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics. We fix visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements for our employees. Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of a team that takes pride in helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope values are: joy, trust, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • As a senior headhunter, help find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates to support relocation decisions.
  • Collaborate with a global recruitment team and the Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics.
  • Coordinate with clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and proven local engineering talent network within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and fulfill recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly, with high self-motivation.
  • Resilient, able to handle rejection and persist.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Offer details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
