Contracting Solution Architect Role
Job Description:As a seasoned Contracting Solution Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Contracting solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining architectural blueprints, providing technical leadership, conducting solution architecture reviews, integrating Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems, staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Salesforce and Contracting technologies, including CLM
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
