We are seeking a hands-on growth marketer to design and execute outbound campaigns targeting senior IT decision makers at mid-market companies.

- Implement direct mail tactics or creative outreach to secure meetings.

Responsibilities- Outbound Campaigns
- Build and maintain targeted account lists.
- Create and run LinkedIn outreach sequences targeting CIOs and IT leaders.
- Write and manage cold email sequences.
- Implement direct mail tactics or creative outreach to secure meetings.
- Content & Campaign Assets
- Produce practical assets for outreach and nurturing.
- Leverage personalized formats tied to CIO pain points.
- ABM & Retargeting
- Use website deanonymization tools to identify anonymous visitors and trigger follow-ups.
- Run smart retargeting campaigns for ICPs visiting solution pages.
- Optimization & Reporting
- Track KPIs, attribution, and pipeline impact.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on booked meetings and engagement.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining targeted account lists, creating and running LinkedIn outreach sequences, writing and managing cold email sequences, implementing direct mail tactics or creative outreach to secure meetings, producing practical assets for outreach and nurturing, leveraging personalized formats tied to CIO pain points, using website deanonymization tools to identify anonymous visitors and trigger follow-ups, running smart retargeting campaigns for ICPs visiting solution pages, tracking KPIs, attribution, and pipeline impact, and continuously testing, iterating, and optimizing campaigns based on booked meetings and engagement.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
