About the PositionAs the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing key client relationships, negotiating complex campaigns, and optimizing media strategies to meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients by serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for daily communications.
- Develop tailored media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Promote effective campaign management, setup, and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with actionable insights and improve advertising offerings.
- Identify strategic optimizations and upsell opportunities through data analysis.
- Educate clients on platform updates, best practices, and products to drive campaign success.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), sharing performance updates, key insights, and strategic recommendations with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve client issues, improving product feature adoption and driving continuous improvement.
