The Role of a BIM Technician is crucial in the development and management of Building Information Models. Working closely with senior BIM staff and project managers, this position plays a key role in creating accurate construction drawings and documentation for various projects.

Key responsibilities include assisting with model creation under direct supervision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, interpreting markups and integrating them into BIM models, applying architectural, structural, and MEP design principles, supporting the production of construction drawings, schedules, and quantity takeoffs from BIM models, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams, cultivating general knowledge of BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD, with experience preferred, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure project accuracy, efficiency, and quality outcomes.
