Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury, and capital markets.

You will be responsible for learning how to map end-to-end financial processes, contributing to requirements analysis, solution testing, and delivery of financial products, interacting with technical and business teams to understand regulatory and operational challenges, and taking part in innovation, digitization, and automation initiatives in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury, and capital markets
  • Learn how to map end-to-end financial processes
  • Contribute to requirements analysis, solution testing, and delivery of financial products
  • Interact with both technical and business teams to understand regulatory and operational challenges
  • Take part in innovation, digitization, and automation initiatives in the financial sector
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects
  • Basic knowledge of financial products (e.g., FX, fixed income, derivatives)
  • Genuine interest in capital markets, financial operations, and risk
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, and learning mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, Information Systems/Computer Science

Nice to Have:

  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Basic understanding of treasury and back-office processes
  • Familiarity with agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
  • Introductory knowledge in market risk, ALM, or accounting for financial instruments
  • Experience with regulatory topics or data analysis tools
