As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for forging strong partnerships with business leaders to deeply understand their team dynamics and collaboratively implement people strategies that fuel performance and engagement.
- You will provide expert support and coaching to managers on crucial areas like talent development, performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational structure.
- As a trusted advisor, you will ensure that HR solutions are perfectly aligned with business objectives while always prioritizing a positive employee experience.
- You will spearhead key HR initiatives in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Decision Making- You will utilize HR data to identify trends and opportunities to inform workforce strategies and talent-related decisions.
- You will analyze key HR metrics such as attrition and engagement to provide data-backed insights that support HR initiatives.
- You will contribute to the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards that help HR and leadership understand key people trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with HR systems and basic analytics tools (e.g., Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions using both qualitative understanding and quantitative insights.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese (mandatory).
