Job Description

In this dynamic role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, troubleshooting issues and providing thoughtful solutions via phone, email, and live chat. You'll also handle onboarding and account support, collaborate across teams to elevate client feedback, and follow up on service concerns.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in client-facing communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building. You'll have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Fuurthermore, fluency in English (Portuguese language is a bonus) is required

Prior experience in FX, KYC, or AML is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
