We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ad sales efforts in the LATAM and SEA regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive ad revenue in the LATAM and SEA regions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in ad sales, specifically in the LATAM and SEA regions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, display, and social media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or other relevant languages is a plus.
