Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to fill the role of Supply Chain Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean working environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Additionally, you will ensure timely posting of inventory transactions, maximize warehouse space utilization, and complete monthly cycle counts and bi-annual physical inventories.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal organizations to ensure critical shipments are properly routed and delivered.

Furthermore, you will utilize SAP to maintain receiving, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping for sites, and optimize shipments by bundling orders wherever possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent related work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years increasingly warehouse work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to read/write in Portuguese, and intermediate English.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
