Job Opportunity:

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and standardization across the region. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to review, develop, and implement processes that guarantee a consistent way of operating.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end process improvements and ensure data compliance with business requirements.
  2. Coordinate SAP and Sales Force master data management with regional and global teams.
  3. Monitor performance metrics with operations areas of Supply Chain, Service Operations, and Commercial.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert for master data across the region.
  5. Continuously enhance process transparency, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  6. Resolve support tickets and perform ad hoc data analysis from supported systems.
  7. Manage projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP and data management tools.
  • Desirable: Salesforce knowledge, Power BI, experience with SharePoint, SQL.
  • Education: Technical degree in industry or administration, process management, production engineering, electrical/mechanical, or related fields.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on MS Excel.
