Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Workstations and Smart Collaboration market.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Positioning: Define and implement the strategic positioning of our products to maximize market share and revenue.
- Product Life Cycle Management: Plan and control the product life cycle, from launch to end of life/discontinuation, to ensure optimal sales and revenue performance.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales results and provide training to sales teams to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Sales Support Materials: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop sales support materials that effectively communicate product value and benefits.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of the company's strategic and operational plan, focusing on products and markets for which you are responsible.
- Revenue Growth: Plan and execute strategies to reach and exceed revenue, volume, and market share targets.
- Market Analysis: Identify opportunities in the portfolio and analyze competitor behavior, market trends, and customer demands to inform business decisions.
- Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with software and hardware companies that complement our product offerings.
- Opportunity Pipeline Management: Manage the opportunity pipeline and provide sales support to convert opportunities into sales.
- Sales Development: Plan and lead sales development for Visuals in Brazil, focusing on driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Supply Planning: Support the improvement of supply planning processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Country Leadership: Serve as the country focal point for Visuals business, leading sales and business development efforts across all segments.
- Long-Term Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term strategy for Visuals business, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
- 8+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Experience in the displays, monitors, and TVs industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Able to work in a hybrid format, with a mix of office and remote work.
- Location: São Paulo, SP.
