Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide manual-guided counseling (Recovery Guide counseling) to participants assigned to ICC-MOUD.
  • Meet weekly with participants for 12 weeks to engage them in learning about opioid use disorder, MOUD with buprenorphine, and treatment and recovery.
  • Use active learning approaches to help participants develop short-term goals and objectives.
  • Track progress and revise plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be willing to participate in Recovery Guiding training and supervision.
  • Must document recovery guide sessions and other related research documents.
  • Must follow up on visits, remind participants about upcoming appointments, and schedule assessments.
  • Identify specific individual needs and steps to support sustained recovery.
