About the RoleThe Talent Acquisition department hires Recovery Guides to support participants in ICC-MOUD treatment. This role involves meeting weekly with participants for 12 weeks, using active learning approaches to engage them in learning about opioid use disorder and MOUD with buprenorphine.
Key Responsibilities- Engage participants in behavioral change using tools from the Recovery Guide toolkit.
- Develop short-term goals and objectives with participants.
- Track progress and revise plans as needed.
- Foster community connections and provide access to social services.
- Must have roots or connections with community providers.
- Must be willing to participate in Recovery Guiding training and supervision.
- Must document recovery guide sessions and research documents.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
