Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices and payments while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Request and reconcile vendor account statements to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes by generating and distributing financial reports.
Requirements:
  • Accounting Knowledge: 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with financial software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Strata.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
