Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the complete hiring process, including recruitment and onboarding.

You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and facilitate the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they effectively acclimate to our company culture and policies.

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Manage candidate sourcing and pools, including building talent pipelines and engaging candidates through various channels.
  • Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage candidate resumes.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and select candidates based on qualifications.
  • Hold recruiting strategy meetings with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs and recommend actions.
  • Regularly update hiring managers on the recruiting process and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional service to candidates and the hiring team throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on competency-based selection, interviewing techniques, and recruitment processes.
  • Establish a smooth onboarding system for new employees and supervise on-site programs for successful integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
  • Knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in the functional area of talent management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work on a rotational schedule of 5 days of work followed by 2 days break.
