Key Responsibilities:

The Human Capital Strategy in Action role brings our human capital strategy to life by partnering with departments on key initiatives.

This role works closely with teams to solve challenges, lead change, and provide counsel and guidance on team member matters.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Support: Partner with departments across the full team member lifecycle - from hiring to development to offboarding.
  • Tier 1 Investigations: Lead investigations and resolution processes for team member relations, ensuring fair and productive outcomes in compliance with company policies and employment law.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance management by coaching leaders on feedback practices, accountability measures, and promoting high-impact development conversations.
  • Job Design and Planning: Support job design and organizational planning, helping leaders clarify roles, build effective teams, and plan for future staffing needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal centers of excellence partners to execute business programs, ensuring alignment within business and the human capital strategic plan.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and KPIs to guide decision-making and recommend improvements.
  • Culture Champion: Champion company culture through team member engagement initiatives, events, recognition efforts, and inclusive workplace programs.
  • Change Management: Coach leaders through change management efforts, such as restructures, role changes, or system implementations, with attention to communication and team member experience.
  • Project Leadership: Serve as a project lead or contributor on enterprise business initiatives, including policy development, system upgrades, or organizational assessments.

For success in this role, we are looking for candidates who have:

A bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field.

At least five years of progressive HR experience, with at least one year of supervisory/management experience.
