Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner to support our client groups of managers and employees. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to form relationships with the business as a trusted advisor.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR programs and processes, including performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employment laws. They will be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing their own time and workload while juggling conflicting priorities.
About the Role- Deliver HR support for a dedicated client group of managers and employees
- Serve as a consultant to managers and coach them through complex employee situations
- Partner with HR Business Partners to assist with driving initiatives at scale that are aligned to the Business Unit or Regional Strategy
- Interpret HR metrics and organizational data to draw insights that will be used to make recommendations to the business and managers
- Tailor the enablement of COE managed HR programs to meet the needs of assigned client groups and managers
- Design and deliver HR programs and policies in functionally and regionally relevant ways
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to form relationships with the business as a known trusted advisor
- Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of HR programs and processes (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employment laws)
