Our organization is dedicated to driving innovation in the field of human resources. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.

Job Description

The HRBP will own and manage various HR duties, including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and compliance. You will partner with business leaders to help them build their organizations and ensure all people decisions are based on data.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to drive hiring forward and remove roadblocks as needed.
  • Remain up-to-date on business and industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the organization in a team environment.
  • Ensure personal/professional information is accurate and maintained.
  • Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures.
  • Conduct terminations and exit interviews.
  • Advise and assist on corrective action matters and provide direction to management staff and team members.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and people processes.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Minimum 10 years in a human resources capacity, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a bias to action.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • High regard for confidentiality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships, establish trust, and provide counsel in a thoughtful, sensitive, and timely manner.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adjust to a constantly changing work environment.
  • Enthusiasm and engagement.
