IT Infrastructure Specialist Job Description

As an IT infrastructure specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will provide top-notch support to our teams and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Handle incidents and requests according to defined processes and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Hardware Maintenance: Maintain and upgrade IT assets within the scope of On-Site Services, utilizing the Hardware Asset Management system.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams on projects, implementing and improving solutions at local sites and across the region.
  • Proactive Support: Monitor systems, identify potential issues, and provide proactive support to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in IT-related studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hands-on IT support, with expertise in standard platforms.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Deep knowledge of technical documentation, routines, and processes.
