Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support for IT services, including handling user incidents and delivering requested IT functionality.

This position requires a proactive and reactive approach, with a focus on ensuring that incident and request resolution occurs according to defined processes and Service-Level Agreement (SLA).

You will also be responsible for reinstalling and refreshing computer clients as per defined processes, reporting potential problems to Problem Management, and contributing to the improvement of the IT situation at our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incidents and requests according to defined processes and SLA
  • Reinstall and refresh computer clients as per defined processes
  • Support remote collaboration tools/systems
  • Actively contribute to improving the IT situation
  • Project participation and management
  • Maintain IT assets within scope in Hardware Asset Management system
  • Implementation/improvement of solutions on-site
  • Monitor and provide proactive support
  • Attend trainings on new technical solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing hands-on support for IT services
  • Fluency in English language, written and spoken
  • Deep knowledge of standard platforms (Microsoft, HP, etc.)
  • Trouble shooting experience
  • Experience creating and following technical documentation, routines, and processes
