Hands-on Support Specialist

As a reactive and proactive IT analyst, you will be responsible for handling user incidents regarding our standard IT platform. You will deliver and install requested IT functionality to users onsite, as well as provide remote site assistance when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incidents and requests according to defined processes and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Reinstall and refresh computer clients as per defined processes.
- Support and assist with setting up/using remote collaboration tools/systems.
- Actively contribute ideas to improve the IT situation at your local site.
- Participate in global projects and implementation at your local site or OSS region.
- Maintain IT assets within the OSS scope at the site in Hardware Asset Management systems.
- Implement/improve solutions on the local site.
- Monitor and perform proactive support.
- Attend trainings on new technical solutions being rolled out in your company.
- You need a bachelor's degree in IT-related studies or higher.
- You must have minimum 3 years of experience providing hands-on support for IT services.
- You should be fluent in English language, written and spoken.
- You need deep knowledge about standard platforms like Microsoft and HP.
- You should have trouble shooting experience.
- You should have experience creating, understanding, and following technical documentation, routines, and processes.
- You should have experience running Local Site projects and participating in OSS region-wide or global projects.
