Job Summary

As a Field Quality Specialist, you will coordinate and oversee work at a field site, providing quality service to the customer. You will plan the job, including instructions to the crew and equipment used. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and organizational skills, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor/major maintenance of equipment following established procedures
  • Coordinate activities with customer representatives and site teams
  • Provide records of all activities at the customer site
  • Execute responsibilities safely by following applicable processes and procedures
  • Perform limited troubleshooting on equipment under maintenance or installation in the field
  • Conduct activities in accordance with company core values

Requirements:

  • Experience in the quality sector within the industry
  • Engineering or technical training in mechanics, mechatronics, or electromechanics
  • CERTA or CFT certifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Leadership skills, excellent listening, project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with customers at all organizational levels
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Desired Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with TMS equipment
  • Knowledge of Nuovo Pignone or Thermodyn CECO
  • Knowledge of LM2500 turbines
