Global Clinical Trials Supply Chain Specialist

This position plays a pivotal role in the supply chain management for complex global clinical trials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing study-specific plans, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

  • Develops project strategies to optimize supply chain logistics.
  • Coordinates efforts with cross-functional teams, providing recommendations and risk assessments, and updating project reports and spreadsheets.
  • Facilitates effective communication and collaboration among internal departments to minimize obstacles during the trial.
  • Integrates all clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support project logistics strategy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participates in ongoing training on new regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements supply chain strategies to meet project goals.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitors and analyzes supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provides recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stays up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
