Job Title: Business Development Manager- Manufactured Housing

  • This role involves connecting the end-to-end business development and execution between local field sales and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive manufactured housing growth across siding and structural solutions within a defined region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Align teams toward specific goals and advise on business requirements.
  • Deep understanding of building science and the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of customer account structure, merchandising, inventory, logistics, and how each interacts with vendors.
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data for trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships.
