We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Marketplace Business Growth Specialist. This role will be focused on managing top strategic accounts to help them grow their business on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon's products, services, systems, and tools.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a set of strategic and relevant accounts for Amazon to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  • Be a partner for Key Accounts providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
  • Work closely with merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently and to the required standards.
  • Learn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants.
  • Track and report development results, analyze and interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchants.
  • Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience. Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing, or management consulting roles. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
