Global Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team in helping merchants expand their business into the US marketplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and supporting high-potential sellers in adopting programs that will help them improve their performance at the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize merchants with potential for growth and develop strategies to support them in adopting beneficial programs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and advice to merchants on adopting programs that will optimize their success on the marketplace.
  • Build success cases with accounts by providing business insights, training, and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy.
  • Enable merchants to learn and master the tools and systems required to manage their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.

The successful candidate will have experience in prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications. Additionally, they will have experience with pipeline management skills and the ability to utilize CRM tools effectively.
